Our pricing is per person per month based on the number of users and the number of specialist features used. Most standard features are included in the Basic package.

A charge is also made for storing data where this is required but above limits. The basic charge includes data storage for 2 years below these limits.
If you require us to set up the system for you we will do this for free if it is simple enough. For medium systems with over 10 users we will charge an extra 2 month’s subscription. For large organisations with over 30 users we will charge an extra 4 months’ subscription. Above 50 users the charge is based on a quotation which we will prepare for you having assessed scale and complexity.
