One platform, different solutions

Olive Data and Olive Enterprise are online data collection tools and workflow management solutions. They are based on the same technology, The Olive Platform.  The platform allows users to customise forms to capture any information they want that is generated from a process or workflow.  The process or workflow can be designed within the platform based on the various stages and steps from start to finish.

Information is collected and shared as you want, making it easy for teams and individuals to collaborate in a project or process, whilst at the same time allowing you to protect information or documents that need to remain confidential.  Hard copy systems and other consumer-grade storage solutions may have been effective in the past, but simply storing files in a cabinet in the corner of the room or using Excel files for everything does not allow you to work effectively and will not cut it in the digital world.

The Olive Platform allows the collection of data in many different formats such as dates, numbers, text, and many more. Inbuilt validation ensures that the data is complete and of high quality.

Including spreadsheets, photos, videos, signatures, and pdf's, there is little the Olive Platform cannot collect.
